mgkestnation.com is a community-driven, fan-built website celebrating the music, tours and creative output of Machine Gun Kelly. It exists to give fans a place to discover his discography, follow tour dates, share favourite tracks, talk to other fans and access content related to MGK’s work — all in one tribute hub.

Everything you see here is built by fans on a volunteer basis. There is no commercial intent: we do not sell merchandise, tickets, music or services. Where this site links out to ticket vendors, music platforms or social profiles, those links go to independent third parties who set their own terms.

This is not the official Machine Gun Kelly website. The official website is operated by his team and can be found at machinegunkelly.com.

The names “Machine Gun Kelly”, “MGK”, “Colson Baker”, all album titles, song titles, tour names, logos, artwork and likenesses mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners — including but not limited to the artist, his record label (currently Interscope Records and previously others), his management, and any partner brands.

We use these names nominatively — solely to identify and discuss the artist’s work — never to imply ownership, partnership or endorsement.

03 Copyright & trademarks

All third-party content shown on this site — including but not limited to:

• Promotional materials & logos
• Music previews embedded via official Spotify players

04 Fair use & tribute

This site relies on the doctrine of fair use (and equivalent doctrines such as “quotation” and “tribute” under EU and Dutch copyright law) for the limited use of identifying material such as album covers, song titles and short factual information about releases.

We display this material:

• Without monetisation, advertising or paid placement
• For identification, criticism, commentary and tribute
• In a manner that does not compete with or substitute for the original work
• With clear attribution and links back to official sources where possible

05 Tour data & tickets

Tour dates shown on this site are automatically synced from publicly available sources, primarily the official Seated tour widget used on the artist’s official store, and may be supplemented with manually-curated entries.

Tour data may be cached and refreshed periodically; always verify show details on the official source before purchasing tickets.

06 Lyrics & Spotify integration

Some tracks on this site offer a synced-lyrics theatre — a fan feature where lyrics scroll alongside playback.

Lyrics are fan-contributed. They are not licensed and are displayed without monetisation, purely for sing-along, karaoke and tribute purposes. If you hold the rights to a particular set of lyrics and prefer them removed, contact us via the form below and we will take them down.

Music playback is delivered through the official Spotify Embed / iFrame API and the official Spotify Web API. Audio is streamed directly from Spotify under their terms of service. We do not host, distribute or copy any audio files. Spotify users must comply with Spotify’s own Terms of Use.

07 User content & community

Registered users can post messages in Nation Chat, send direct messages to friends, build a public “top 5 tracks” list, RSVP to shows, and otherwise create user-generated content (“UGC”) on this site.

By posting any UGC you confirm that:

• The content is yours to share or you have permission to share it
• It does not violate any third-party rights
• It complies with our community rules: no hate speech, no harassment, no spam, no doxxing, no illegal content
• You grant mgkestnation.com a non-exclusive licence to display the content within the platform

Our automated content filter blocks profanity (in EN, NL, DE, ES, IT), unsolicited links and IP addresses. After three warnings within 24 hours users are automatically muted for 30 minutes. Admins reserve the right to remove content, mute, suspend or ban accounts at any time and without notice.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. mgkestnation.com is not liable for user-generated material.

08 Privacy & data

We collect only the data we genuinely need to run the site:

• Account data: username, email (private), password hash, optional bio and favourite album, timezone preference
• Activity data: chat messages, friend connections, tour saves, top-5 picks, last-seen timestamp for online presence
• Spotify integration (optional): if you choose to connect Spotify, we store an OAuth refresh token to read your “currently playing” status. We never read your library, history or any personal data beyond the current track. You can disconnect any time from your profile’s Connections tab.

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not embed marketing pixels.

You can request your data, correct it or have your account permanently deleted by contacting us at the address below. Account deletion removes your messages, friendships, picks and Spotify tokens.

09 Cookies & sessions

We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies:

• MGKSESSID — keeps you logged in (session cookie, expires when you close the browser)
• mgkn_theme — remembers your chosen colour theme (1 year)
• mgkn_consent — remembers that you’ve seen the cookie notice

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. The Spotify embed iframe may set its own cookies on spotify.com — those are governed by Spotify, not us.

10 Limitation of liability

mgkestnation.com is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, including but not limited to: incorrect tour information, ticket purchases made via third-party links, downtime, data loss, loss of friendships, removed messages, or any other digital-life inconvenience.

Use of the site is at your own risk.

11 DMCA & takedown requests

We respect the rights of artists, labels, photographers, writers and any other rights holders. If you believe a specific piece of content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us with the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The exact URL on mgkestnation.com where the infringing material appears
• Your full name, address and contact information
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

We aim to respond to valid takedown requests within 72 hours and will remove or disable access to the disputed material promptly.
